M. Dienul Hafiz has specialized in digital mapping, spatial analysis, and GIS-based geographic data processing since 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry (S1) from the Faculty of Forestry, Lambung Mangkurat University, with a final research project focused on watershed (DAS) and surface runoff analysis using ArcGIS, including raster-based hydrological modeling and watershed delineation.
He is proficient in software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and various drone-based mapping platforms, including photogrammetric image processing, DEM analysis, and spatial hydrology assessment. He has hands-on experience in field data acquisition, satellite imagery processing, thematic map creation and visualization, as well as the integration of diverse spatial datasets to support regional planning, forestry, hydrology, and environmental analysis.
He possesses strong geospatial interpretation skills, high attention to detail, and a deep commitment to continuously advancing his knowledge of modern geospatial technologies such as remote sensing and spatial modeling. He is capable of working independently or within multidisciplinary teams, with a strong focus on data accuracy, analytical precision, and delivering science-based solutions.
