One of the flagship past projects completed by PT Geo Labora Expert teamis the 2023 open-pit geotechnical study for PT Rimau Tangguh Perkasa (PT RTP). The scope of work included surface geotechnical mapping, geotechnical drilling at four locations, infiltration testing, hydrogeological investigation, and laboratory testing to obtain geotechnical parameters of rock and soil. The technical data were then used for slope modeling under actual, design, and redesign conditions, resulting in safe, stable, and economically optimized mining slope geometries. The deliverables included a comprehensive report with slope analyses, technical maps, cross-section models, and recommendations for continued geotechnical management to support mining operations
